Treat Mom to a pampered and relaxing four course Sunday Wine Brunch, featuring the music of harpist Vicky Lee. Each delicious course will be paired with a delectable DuCard wine. The beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains serve as your scenic backdrop for this elegant outing and moms go home with a special treat from us.
Catering provided by Distinguished Engagements, located in Sperryville, Virginia.
Menu:
Soup – Caramelized Leek and Parsnip
Salad – mixed greens with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, blueberries, goat cheese and almonds. Dressed with a lemon vinaigrette.
Entrée – Madeira Chicken with Fresh Pea Shoot Risotto
Dessert – Deconstructed Strawberry Cheesecake
